The location here was amazing, right near the old town center and close to a national park, Fes, and Meknes.

I liked this beautifully decorated hotel, it did not disappoint. The location was stunning and the staff members were helpful. The restaurant was very nice with good food, I tried delicious dishes.

The location was beautiful - short walk to delightful greenery as well as local facilities. It also was to the old town center.

Efficient and friendly staff, just as I expected 😊. This place has a great location, with a petit taxi stand right next door, making it easy to reach Fes or Meknes. there is a large forest nearby, which is a nice bonus for nature lovers.

i enjoyed the staff, they are helpful and efficient. the rooms here are impressive and reasonably large with kitchenettes. the hotel provides a wonderful breakfast.

Really good hotel , the personal is exellent , the breakfast is also really good, is a big place and you have a really big pool, the room was really clean and big , i defenately recommend it. If you take a taxi from medina , ask the drive to turn on the taximeter and you will pay less than 20 diram for sure , so it's quiet good!! The hotel find us a guide, it was really cheap and really good also.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The apartment is fashionable with a kettle and a good garden view, plus a safe. the staff has always been very amiable. - the location is nice as it's just next door to the restaurant and the Fez airport. - They serve a variety of meals, and the food I tried was fab.

The place itself is very good, its like having your own home, although all the facilities stated on the website weren't available, such as the wifi and the swimming pools, but to be fair there was maintenance being carried out and there were problems with the router thats why wi fi was not available, but full credit to the staff who were excellent and were willing to help in any way, and also allowed us to use their computer when needed. I would still say that this place is better than staying in a hotel, as it is very peacful and quiet and I would definatly reccommend it for families or people who enjoy the peace and quiet and like to have privacy. Overall my experience at this place is very positive and if ever I return to fez I would stay here again rather than a hotel.

The only downside I would say about this place is that the facilities that were not working, we should have been informed of these as the children were looking forward to the swimming pools. And although the quality of the food from the onsite restaurant was excellent, I would say that it is rather on the expensive side. On a plus note the manager did give us our final meal there free of charge as a discount for the facilities not available.

The food was delicious and the location was good.

The location of this place was great with beautiful green surroundings, and the staff here were incredibly friendly all day long.

brand new accommodation, convenient for Fez bot only really if you have a car

everything was exeptional, staff, space, location excellent to make trips to other tourist sites, not to mention the price that hotel is underpriced, I would pay twice more easily...

Comfortable and quite roomy place with a secure feel. 🔒

We were a little nervous when we booked as the hotel was relatively new. However we were massively surprised at the quality and service provided by the staff particularly the manager Kamal who was very accomodating and helpful. The grounds and complex are well maintained and clean. There are a number of water slides which were being installed and should be ready by the end of June along with 3 swimming pools. The complex adjoins a forest which is good for walks or jogging.Definately coming back!!

We only stayed one night so it is hard to comment, but we both enjoyed the stay very much, clean and friendly. Room service was good and food very good too. The pool was a welcome cool down as we had travelled far. We dont drive so we had to rely on taxis which was a bit expensive but we had a wonderful stay and would most likely stay there again. Honest staff too. I left my credit card in machine and hotel called the taxi driver to let me know and collected it straight away. Thankyou very much. Carol and ahmed from england
